7A04铝合金锻件经粗加工后,分别采用振动时效方式和热处理方式去除残余应力。采用X射线衍射检测了两种方式处理前后锻件的内部残余应力。结果表明:振动时效对残余应力去除率最高为89%,热处理对残余应力去除率为94%。在工艺参数和激振点位置合适的情况下,振动时效对锻件的残余应力去除的效果接近于热处理的效果。
7A04 aluminum forgings after roughing, vibration aging and heat treatment were used to remove residual stress. X-ray diffraction was used to examine the internal residual stresses of the two methods before and after the forging process. The results show that the maximum removal rate of residual stress by vibration aging is 89%, and the residual stress removal rate by heat treatment is 94%. The effect of vibration aging on the removal of residual stress in forging is close to the effect of heat treatment under the condition of suitable process parameters and exciting points.
