1988年10月20日至29日,中国石油天然气总公司在江苏油田召开了新区勘探工作会议。参加会议的有来自胜利、中原、新疆、长庆、江汉、安徽、滇黔桂等十三个局、公司及其研究院的代表共177人。总公司总地质师阎敦实和副总地质师邱中健参加了会议,会议由总公司勘探部副主任查全衡同志主持。总公司成立后,将全国陆地分为五个大的勘探地区,即西北大区,南方区,江淮区,渤海湾的浅海海滩和东北地区。这次会议主要研究前三个地区,分三阶段进行。
From October 20 to 29, 1988, China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) held a meeting on exploration in the New Area in Jiangsu Oilfield. Thirteen bureaus attended the conference, including representatives from Victory, Central Plains, Xinjiang, Changqing, Jianghan, Anhui, Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi. There were 177 representatives from the company and its research institutes. Yan Dunshi, chief geologist of the Corporation, and Qiu Zhongjian, deputy chief geologist, attended the meeting. Chaired by Comrade CHAN Quan-hang, deputy director of Exploration Department of the Corporation, the meeting was presided over by the meeting. After the establishment of the head office, the land of the whole country is divided into five large exploration areas, namely Northwest, South, Jianghuai, Bohai Bay shallow sea beach and the northeast. The meeting mainly studies the first three regions and carries out in three stages.
