定量化评价逐渐成为企业管理的重要方式之一,它有助于企业进行精准考核与管理,推进企业管理向精准化与迅捷化飞速发展,发挥出企业特定竞争优势。本文在查阅国内外有关国外内部管理与外部形象评价研究理论的基础上,关注了绩效评价的发展历程。结合目前国内企业在定量化评价管理研究的情况,重点将企业内部管理与外部形象绩效评价管理作为研究对象,梳理出目前企业内部管理与外部形象存在的突出问题:对定量化绩效测评认识不足,企业内部管理与外部形象绩效评价不够系统、量化,忽视或缺乏外部形象的评价;提出了具体的解决对策:依托企业文化建设,提高对企业内部管理与外部形象的认识,制定系统、量化的绩效评价系统,强调外部形象的战略意义。
Quantitative evaluation has gradually become one of the important ways of business management. It helps enterprises to carry out precise examination and management, promotes the rapid development of enterprise management towards precision and quickness, and gives play to the specific competitive advantages of enterprises. On the basis of referring to the domestic and foreign theories on the research of foreign internal management and external image evaluation, this paper focuses on the development of performance evaluation. Combined with the current domestic enterprises in the quantitative evaluation of the management of research, focusing on internal management and external image performance evaluation and management as the research object, sort out the current internal management and external image of the outstanding problems: lack of understanding of quantitative performance evaluation, Evaluation of internal management and external image performance is not systematic, quantitative, neglected or lack of evaluation of external image. Proposed specific solutions: relying on the building of enterprise culture, raising awareness of internal management and external image, making systematic and quantitative performance Evaluation system, emphasizing the strategic significance of the external image.
