本文将区域创新网络看作是一个各类创新主体在其中相互竞争和合作,进行物质、信息和能量的交换,进而获得创新产出的共生系统,并利用网络DEA模型将区域创新网络中的多阶段生产过程模型化,考察区域创新网络的共生效率。研究结果表明:(1)我国区域创新网络共生效率较高的地区大多为经济发达地区和科技水平较高地区;(2)我国目前还不存在一体化共生的区域创新网络,少数省份的区域创新网络属于连续共生,间歇共生是发生得最多的区域创新网络共生模式,点共生只存在于少数几个省份的区域创新网络中。
In this paper, the regional innovation network is regarded as a symbiosis system in which all kinds of innovation entities compete and cooperate with each other, exchange material, information and energy, and then obtain innovative output. And by using the network DEA model, Stage production process model, examine the symbiosis efficiency of regional innovation network. The results show that: (1) Most of the regions with high symbiosis efficiency of regional innovation networks in China are economically developed regions and regions with relatively high level of science and technology; (2) there is no symbiotic regional innovation network in our country, and the regional innovation in a few provinces The network belongs to continuous symbiosis. Intergrowth symbiosis is the most frequently occurring symbiotic model of regional networks of innovation. Point symbiosis exists only in regional innovation networks in a few provinces.
