研究了水蒸气压差与包膜型控释肥料养分释放速率的关系。在 2 5℃不同水蒸气压差条件下进行了包膜型控释肥料的养分释放试验。在模拟预测值的过程中 ,采用了饱和溶液中的水蒸气压差换算成水中温度的方法。结果表明 ,包膜型控释肥料的养分释放率与膜内水蒸气压差成正比。在盐类饱和溶液中 ,包膜型控释肥料中养分释放受盐类饱和溶液渗透压的影响 ,最大释放率达不到 10 0 %。通过用水蒸气压差换算成温度条件后 ,释放率的预测值与实测值一致
The relationship between water vapor pressure difference and nutrient release rate of coated controlled release fertilizer was studied. The nutrient release test of coated controlled release fertilizer was carried out under different water vapor pressure difference of 25 ℃. In the process of predicting the predicted value, a method of converting the water vapor pressure difference in the saturated solution into the water temperature is used. The results showed that the release rate of coated controlled release fertilizer was proportional to the pressure difference of water vapor in the membrane. In salt-saturated solution, the release of nutrients in coated controlled release fertilizers is affected by the osmotic pressure of salt-saturated solution, and the maximum release rate can reach less than 10%. By converting the water vapor pressure into a temperature condition, the predicted value of the release rate is in agreement with the measured value
