经穴效应特异性是针灸领域的重要理论和研究热点。本文回顾了2014年针灸研究领域内与经穴效应特异性相关的代表研究，通过对研究内容和结果的解读与分析，认为对照设置与研究思路的优化是经穴效应特异性研究的关键，而多组学研究手段交叉融合是阐释经穴效应特异性机制的重要手段，提出未来研究应更加深入揭示其效应特点与规律。“,”Effect of acupuncture point specificity is important theory and the research hotspot in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion.
