本文从我国刑事证人作证的立法与实践落差谈起,然后分析了证人拒不出庭作证的原因,并针对性地提出了解决该问题的对策。
This article starts with the gap between the legislation and practice of criminal witness testifying in our country. Then it analyzes the reason why the witness refuses to testify in court and proposes some countermeasures to solve the problem.
