1992年我国等同采用ISO 9000、系列国际标准以GB/T19000系列标准发布。国际标准化组织于1994年7月1日又发布了系列标准的修订版。经过几年来的宣传贯彻,人们越来越认识到了这套标准的优越性。到目前为止,世界上已经有70多个国家和地区等同采用了这套标准。 我国建材行业越来越多的企业积极贯彻,ISO 9000族标准,建立健全企业质量体系,以不断提高管理水平。到目前为止,全国已有700余家水泥企业和40多家汽车安全玻璃企业通过了产品认证;一些企业已经通过或正在申请质量体系认证,作为增强市场竞争力的手段,认证活动又进一步推动了贯标的深入发展,从而也掀起了建材行业的“ISO 9000热”。 从全国范围来看,建材行业在宣标、贯标方面走在了前头。但一些企业在建立健全质量体系中不可避免地遇到了这样或那样的问题,特别是对那些正准备提出体系认证和产品认证的企业来说,在编制质量体系文件中理解有差异,造成不能顺利通过认证/注册。 对此,中国建材质量体系认证中心(CJCCC)与本刊联合开辟专栏,对有代表性的问题以问答形式进行讨论。当然,这些问答不可能涉及到标准的所有方面。读者有什么问题可来信与专栏主持人章伟进行交流,对那些针对性较强的问题,主持人将复信共同探讨。
