在p-InP衬底上制作了一种新型的InGaAsP/InP隐埋异质结构(BH)激光器。这种激光器能够给出每面0.8W的峰值脉冲输出,具有稳定的水平横模振荡并能够测量20公里以上的单模光纤光缆的故障位置。
A novel InGaAsP / InP buried heterostructure (BH) laser was fabricated on p-InP substrate. This laser delivers a peak pulse output of 0.8W per side, stable horizontal transverse mode oscillation and the ability to measure the location of single-mode fiber optic cables over 20km.
