以棕色蛭石和灰白色蛭石取代琼脂作固相支持物的培养基,观察对马铃薯脱毒试管苗茎节切段的影响。结果表明,采用灰白色蛭石作固相支持物,试管苗生长发育迅速健壮,2周后其植株高度、叶片大小与对照(琼脂为固相支持物)无明显差异,且可进行继代繁殖,根数、根长增长迅速;3周后可利用节数达9节,对照为8.7节,为棕色蛭石作固相支持物的2.5倍;4周后,可利用节数增加缓慢,植株高已达瓶口,生长趋于稳定,与对照无差异。而以棕色蛭石为固相支持物的茎节切段苗生长发育缓慢,植株细弱,继代繁殖利用率低。
Using brown vermiculite and gray vermiculite instead of agar as the medium for the solid support, the effect on the stalk section of potato virus-free test tube was observed.
