股权激励是通过股权的形式来分配收益,用以增强企业经营者的积极性,从而使企业获得更多利益的一种长期激励方式。随着我国证券市场的稳步发展和股权分置改革工作的顺利推进,上市公司的股权激励日益受到市场各方面的关注。本文旨在探讨股权激励的内在机理以及在我国上市公司实施中存在的问题与相应的解决思路,为完善股权激励提供有力的支持。
Equity incentives are used to distribute returns in the form of equity, which is used to enhance the enthusiasm of the company’s managers and thus enable the company to obtain more long-term incentives. With the steady development of China’s securities market and the smooth progress of the reform of the equity structure, the equity incentives of listed companies are increasingly concerned by the market. This article aims to explore the internal mechanism of equity incentives and the problems in the implementation of listed companies in China and the corresponding solutions to provide a strong support for the improvement of equity incentives.
