目的研究痰热清注射液对流感病毒(FM1)感染小鼠的免疫功能和肺组织中细胞因子以及肺组织炎症反应的作用。方法采用流感病毒亚甲型鼠肺适应株(FM1)制备小鼠肺感染模型,观察痰热清注射液对FM1感染小鼠肺组织匀浆中细胞因子IFNγ-、IL-4和TNF-α的含量,以及T、B淋巴细胞的增殖功能和T淋巴细胞产生IL-2的能力。结果痰热清注射液不仅具有显著增强FM1感染小鼠T、B淋巴细胞的功能和提高小鼠肺组织匀浆中IFN-γ和IL-4的含量,而且还能显著抑制肺组织匀浆中TNF-α的含量。结论痰热清注射液对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠的免疫功能和肺组织中细胞因子具有明显的调节作用和抑制肺组织炎症反应的作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of Tanreqing Injection on the immune function of influenza virus (FM1)-infected mice, and the role of cytokines in lung tissue and inflammation in lung tissue. METHODS: Mouse lung infection model (FM1) was used to establish the mouse lung infection model. The effects of Tanreqing Injection on the cytokines IFNγ-, IL-4 and TNF-α in the lung homogenate of FM1-infected mice were observed. Content, and the proliferative function of T and B lymphocytes and the ability of T lymphocytes to produce IL-2. Results Tanreqing Injection not only had the function of significantly enhancing the T and B lymphocytes of mice infected by FM1, but also increased the content of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the lung homogenate of mice, but also significantly inhibited the homogenate of lung tissue. Conclusion Tanreqing injection can obviously regulate the immune function of the influenza virus FM1 infected mice and the cytokines in the lung tissue and inhibit the inflammatory response of the lung tissue.
