中国科学院海洋研究所(简称海洋所)始建于1950年8月,是从事海洋科学基础与应用基础研究、高新技术研发的综合性海洋科研机构。近年来,海洋所在中国科学院及沈阳分院的领导下,围绕国家发展战略和区域经济建设,根据研究所“一三五”发展规划,瞄准重大产业瓶颈问题,在我国现代海洋农业、海洋生物资源高质化利用、海洋腐蚀防护、区域生态安全等产业领域突破了一些关键共性技术。同时,不断巩固和加强科技创新平台建设,大力推进产学研结合和科技成果转移转化,取得良好成效。
