用一种简便的溶胶-凝胶法合成了硫化铜和氧化锌复合薄膜。复合薄膜的微结构、形貌和摩擦学性能分别用X-射线衍射仪、X-射线光电子能谱、原子力显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和UMT-2摩擦学性能测试仪研究。结果表明:所制备的复合薄膜具有均一和致密的六方晶型氧化锌相,薄膜显示出良好的抗磨减摩性能,特别是5%摩尔比例掺杂的硫化铜具有最好的效果,磨痕图片表明薄膜的摩擦机理是轻微的擦伤、黏着磨损。
Copper sulfide and zinc oxide composite films were synthesized by a simple sol-gel method. The microstructure, morphology and tribological properties of the composite films were investigated by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and UMT-2 tribological properties tester respectively. The results show that the prepared composite films have a uniform and compact hexagonal zinc oxide phase, and the films show good antiwear and friction reducing properties. In particular, copper sulfide doped with 5% molar ratio has the best effect. The wear marks The picture shows that the friction mechanism of the film is a slight abrasion, adhesive wear.
