本文通过对市民“打车难”与出租车资源配置调度在时间与空间上的分配难问题,建立了不同时空段对出租车的分配与补贴两个指标方案得出了出租车资源“供求匹配”程度的多指标综合评价模型,通过区域出租车万人拥有量指标,出租车的空驶率,出租车的空驶时间,空车率,乘客的等待时间与对比分析法对模型进行了简单的论述。
