基于盐酸苯海索-Ce(Ⅳ)-亚硫酸盐在弱酸或中性条件下反应生成强烈的荧光物质,建立了检测食品中亚硫酸盐含量的新方法。确定了测定亚硫酸盐的最佳条件。在最佳条件下,亚硫酸盐含量在0.02~1mg/m L呈现良好的线性,线性方程为:y=8 031.7x-203.31,相关系数为0.996 8,方法的检出限为0.001μg/m L,远低于国家标准方法——盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法。方法的相对标准偏差为6.08%,回收率在82.4%~92.8%之间。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、污染小;用于测定虾中亚硫酸盐含量,与国标法无显著性差异。
Based on the reaction of phenylthio-Ce (Ⅳ) -sulfite hydrochloride in weak acid or neutral conditions, a new method was developed to detect sulfite content in foodstuffs. The optimum conditions for sulfite determination were determined. Under the optimal conditions, the sulfite content showed a good linearity in the range of 0.02 ~ 1 mg / mL, the linear equation was y = 8 031.7x-203.31, the correlation coefficient was 0.996 8, the detection limit was 0.001 μg / m L, much lower than the national standard method - pararosine hydrochloride law. The relative standard deviation of the method was 6.08%, and the recoveries ranged from 82.4% to 92.8%. The method is simple in operation, high in sensitivity and less in pollution; it is not significantly different from the national standard method for the determination of sulfite content in shrimp.
