制备并表征了Brnsted-Lewis双酸型离子液体(3-磺酸)丙基三乙基铵氯锌酸盐[HO3S-(CH2)3-NEt3]Cl-ZnCl2(ZnCl2摩尔分数x=0.67),并用于催化大豆油和甲醇的酯交换反应制备生物柴油。结果表明:该离子液体具有Brnsted和Lewis双重酸型活性位,且两者间兼有的协同催化效应可显著提高其催化性能;在n(大豆油)∶n(甲醇)=1∶8、m(大豆油)∶m(离子液体)=20∶3,140℃下反应6h时,生物柴油的收率为95.7%。另外,该催化剂回收重复利用5次后,生物柴油的收率没有明显降低,具有较好的重复使用性能。

The results show that the ionic liquid has the Brnsted and Lewis double acid type active sites, and the synergistic catalysis effect between both of them can significantly improve the catalytic performance. In n (soybean oil): n (methanol) = 1: 8 , M (soybean oil): m (ionic liquid) = 20: 3, the yield of biodiesel was 95.7% at 140 ℃ for 6h. In addition, the catalyst recovery after repeated use of 5 times, the yield of biodiesel was not significantly reduced, with better reusability.
