《贵州省档案人员持证上岗暂行管理办法》已于1999年1月起在全省施行，这一举措标志着我省档案人员队伍建设发展到了一个新的阶段。开展岗位培训，实施持证上岗，是国家为提高劳动者素质，以适应社会主义建设需要，实施的一项重大改革。不持证，不能上岗已在各行各业普遍实施。
“Interim Management Measures of Guizhou Province Archivists for Employment” has been implemented in the province since January 1999. This move marks a new phase in the development of the archivists in our province. Carrying out job training and implementing certificates with certificates is a major reform carried out by the state in order to improve the quality of laborers and meet the needs of socialist construction.
