近来,“到……去看海”成为市民调侃城市积水的一句流行语,这其中包含了人们对城市排水设施不足的无奈和无助。如何改善雨季城市道路积水问题,保障人们的出行便利和安全,是摆在每个城市管理者面前的难题。2012年北京等多个城市通过配置移动抽水泵车抢险单元,及时处理了城市积水问题或做到主动预防,取得较好效果;此举虽是治标不治本的无奈之举,但在客观条件下,也只能如此。
