十字型钢柱是近年来钢结构发展的新型结构形式,其截面大,强度高,比普通H型钢截面更适用于高层建筑。同时,十字型钢柱的节点较为复杂,拼装精度要求更高,焊接过程中变形量大,故将十字型钢柱制作成弧形结构对施工的质量控制技术的要求更高。通过结合三亚某旅游景区酒店的弧形十字钢柱为研究对象,结合计算机虚拟放样技术的应用,总结弧形十字的施工流程和质量控制点,对于施工过程的技术指导和质量把控有重要意义。
