1992年中央党校的国家社会科学基金课题(以下简称国家项目)申报组织工作跃上新台阶,共获准承担国家项目15个。其中,“八五”哲学社会科学重点研究课题7个,中华社会科学基金课题7个,青年社会科学基金研究课题1个。中标率为29％,高于全国平均中标率10％的水平。全国党校系统中标43项,中央党校占31％。15个项目共获得国家资助经费41.65万元。 在组织申报国家项目的过程中,我们着重抓了以下两点:
In 1992, the Central Party School's project of National Social Science Fund (hereinafter referred to as “national project”) declared its organizational work to a new level and received a total of 15 national projects. Among them, there are 7 key research topics in philosophy and social sciences in the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” period, 7 projects in China Social Science Fund Project and 1 research project in Youth Social Science Fund. The winning rate was 29%, higher than the national average of 10% of the winning rate. National Party School system won the bid 43, the Central Party School accounted for 31%. A total of 41 projects received 41,650 yuan of state funding. In the process of applying for a national project, we focused on the following two points:
