探讨了文明、生态文明的概念和发展,通过分析中国共产党“十八大”设定的“五位一体”总体布局对生态文明建设的高度定位的意义,以及对林业部门和林业发展提供的新机遇,探讨了林业需从提供生态产品、发展生态能源、加强生态核算和加大生态宣传四个方面加强相关基础性工作,为生态文明建设发挥积极作用。
Explores the concept and development of civilization and ecological civilization.
