《直销管理条例》第十条规定:直销企业在其从事直销活动的地区应当建立便于并满足消费者、直销员了解产品价格、退换货及企业依法提供其他服务的服务网点。那么,对于那些公司已经设立的店铺来说,服务网点的出现是否会带来一系列的问题,比如同质化竞争、服务差异呢?为了进一步弄情这一问题,本刊特约定了一批业界人士就“店铺 PK 服务网点”这一议题进行了深入的探讨,希望能够借助他们的各抒己见,对未来国内的直销业发展起到一定的促进作用。
