高等技职教育是台湾高等教育的重要组成部分,近似大陆的应用型高等教育。台湾高等技职教育的特点是国际化、职业化、数字化及人性化。结合部分普通本科高校向应用型转变的时代背景,提出面向国际,加强实践,优化环境,促进教师发展等举措,以实现应用型人才培养目标。
Higher vocational and technical education is an important component of Taiwan’s higher education, similar to the mainland’s applied higher education. The characteristics of higher vocational education in Taiwan are internationalization, professionalization, digitization and humanization. Combined with the changing background of some ordinary undergraduate colleges to application-oriented, this paper puts forward some measures such as facing the world, strengthening practice, optimizing the environment and promoting the development of teachers so as to achieve the goal of cultivating applied talents.
