残疾人高等教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,也是残疾人事业发展的重要标志。文章基于对ICF理念中参与与融合理念的理解,通过实证研究残障大学生在高校中的参与意识,以了解他们的融入程度,发现当前残障大学生整体参与意识偏低,并受到身体、心理、信息储备、家庭、朋辈和学校等因素的影响;并从ICF中通过残疾人参与实现融入的行动模式出发,从促进融合和创造参与条件的角度提出了提升策略。
Higher education for the handicapped is an important part of higher education and an important symbol of the development of the handicapped. Based on the comprehension of the concept of participation and integration in ICF concept, the article studies the participation awareness of disabled college students in colleges and universities by means of empirical study so as to understand their integration degree. It finds that the overall participation awareness of disabled college students is low, and is affected by physical, psychological and information reserves , Family, peers and schools. Based on the ICF’s model of participation of disabled people in integration, this paper proposes a promotion strategy from the perspective of promoting integration and creating conditions of participation.
