面对竞争日益激烈的大中专教材市场,出版社急需转变观念主动出击。建设基于重点开发项目的策划编辑团队是有效的应对策略和基本保障。根据大中专教育教学改革实际以及教材市场运行特点,可基于单一学科(专业)分层式教材项目、单一学科(专业)一体化教材项目或区域化教材项目组建策划编辑团队。在组建上,需要精准分析项目的类型和目标,精心选择策划编辑团队负责人,合理搭配策划编辑团队成员;在管理上,需要完善编辑团队的内外部管理,外部管理的重点是定边界、建机制、强保障,内部管理的重点是聚人心、明细则、重考核。
