据《北京娱乐信报》报道,近日,24岁的四川双流女子王晓芹(化名)郑重地向新都区司法局、大邑新源监狱递上了特殊的结婚申请。她要结婚的对象,是因盗窃罪仍在监狱服刑的新都籍男子戴宇(化名)。由于未满法定婚龄,一直到他入狱都未办理结婚登记,6岁的女儿至今也没有上户口。王在申请书中说:“我希望能够和他履行结婚登记手续,做一对真正意义上受法律保护的夫妻,让我们的女儿能够健康快乐地成长,成为一个有用之人。”
