溴代十六烷基吡啶(简称CPB)—苯基萤光酮三元络合物测定钢铁中的微量锡,早有报道、资料于0.75N的盐酸介质中显色,我们在此基础上,进一步试验了介质和试剂用量。发现在硫酸或硝酸介质中,动物胶存在的情况下,CPB、动物胶以及显色剂苯基萤光酮等的用量,与资料相符,而介质和酸度与资料有些差异。当硫酸或硝酸为0.08~0.56N较宽的范围内。以乳酸、抗坏血酸、柠檬酸,硫酸羟胺掩蔽铁、钛、钒、钼等干扰元素,可直接测定钢铁中的微量锡。方法简单而又稳定,用于生产后,取得了较好的效果。
