超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)广泛存在于体内各种组织,可使体内超氧化物自由基(O_2~-)经过歧化作用而被清除,因而被认为是具有抗衰老作用的一种酶。有资料表明 SOD 活性随增龄而下降,可以作为研究衰老的参照指标之一。本研究的目的是为了观察红景天、枸杞、沙棘对老龄大鼠 RBC-SOD 活性的影响。
Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is widely present in various tissues in the body, and it can eliminate superoxide radicals (O 2 -) in the body through disproportionation. Therefore, it is considered to be an enzyme that has anti-aging effects. Some data indicate that SOD activity declines with age, and can be used as one of the reference indicators for the study of aging. The purpose of this study was to observe the effects of Rhodiola, wolfberry and sea buckthorn on the activity of RBC-SOD in aged rats.
