邓小平同志关于建立经济特区的思想,是建设有中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。在《邓小平文选》第三卷出版发行之后,深入学习、研究邓小平同志的特区思想,对于我国进一步办好特区,加快特区的改革和发展,具有重要的现实意义。 一、邓小平的特区思想及其实践 在社会主义中国创办经济特区是邓小平同志首先提出来的,他是我国经济特区的倡导者。他不仅倡导建立经济特区,而且为之提出了根本方针和完整的指导思想,并及时推广经济特区的成功经验,促进特区和全国社会主义现代化建设事业的发展。因此,无论在理论上或是实践上,其内容均十分丰富。
