在齿轮加工时是否采用干切削加工一直犹豫不决,原因主要在于刀具磨损太大。插齿时经改善的刀具涂层和切削参数究竟能使高速钢刀具的使用性能提高到何种程度,为此进行了切削实验。结果表明,在干切削时能够得到一个两倍于至今为止的刀具耐用度。
Whether the use of dry cutting gear machining has been hesitant, mainly due to tool wear too much. The improved cutting tool coating and cutting parameters can improve the performance of high-speed steel cutting tools to a certain extent. The results show that in dry cutting can get a twice the tool life so far.
