口腔扁平苔藓的病因不清楚,其损害的上皮下结缔组织中有大量的单核细胞浸润。关于上皮与结缔组织相互作用在口腔扁平苔藓发病中的意义的研究甚少。本研究旨在阐明不同的细胞外基质成分及其整合素(intergrin)受体在口腔扁平苔藓损害中的表达情况。
The underlying cause of oral lichen planus is unclear, with extensive monocytic infiltration in the damaged subepithelial connective tissue. Little is known about the significance of epithelial-connective tissue interactions in the pathogenesis of oral lichen planus. This study aimed to elucidate the expression of different extracellular matrix components and their intergrin receptors in the damage of oral lichen planus.
