通过发放调查问卷和访问各图书馆的主页 ,美国研究图书馆协会对其所属的 12 4家图书馆的实时咨询 (ChatReference)开展情况做了深入细致的调查研究。许多经验值得我国正在开展和准备开展实时咨询服务的图书馆参考借鉴。
By issuing questionnaires and visiting the home pages of various libraries, the American Association for Research Libraries conducted in-depth and detailed investigations of the ChatReferences of its 12 4 libraries. Many experiences deserve our country’s reference for libraries that are carrying out and preparing for real-time consultation services.
