为贯彻《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》,落实《面向21世纪教育振兴行动计划》,基础教育课程教材改革的工作已全面启动。在制定新课程体系的同时,及时调整、修订现行课程计划、大纲和教材,是基础教育课程教材改革工作的重要组成部分。教育部于1999年第四季度组织力量对现行义务教育小学语文、数学,初中语文、数学、英语、物理、化学、生物、历史、地理等学科教学大纲进行了修订。修订后的小学语文、数学,初中语文、数学、英语等五科教学大纲已于今年3月印发。现
