灵性领导超越外在的利益交换,注重人的心灵成长,以高层次需求引导组织成员的深沉情感,激发组织成员的内在潜能,提升组织成员的生命意义,唤醒组织成员的灵性成长。本研究经由严格程序编制了灵性领导量表,通过探索性因素分析发现,灵性领导具有一阶四因素结构:平静、反思、希望和关爱。
Spiritual leadership transcends the external exchange of interests, pays attention to the spiritual growth of the human being, guides the deep emotions of the members with high-level needs, stimulates the inherent potential of the members, enhances the life significance of the members and arouses the spiritual growth of the members. In this study, the spiritual leadership scale was compiled through rigorous procedures. Through exploratory factor analysis, it is found that spiritual leaders have a first-order, four-factor structure: calmness, reflection, hope and care.
