与常规硫脲浸金相比,磁场强化硫脲浸金可得到更高的浸金率,且金的溶解速度更快.根据不同温度下的浸出试验结果,利用Arrhenius公式计算了体系浸出的表现活化能,计算结果表明磁场强化使硫脲浸取高砷金精矿体系的表现活化能由13.02kJ/mol降至10.53kJ/mol.此外,还从热力学的宏观角度与微观角度讨论了磁场强化硫脲提金工艺的强化作用机理.
Compared with the conventional thiourea leaching gold, magnetic field enhanced thiourea leaching gold can be higher gold rate, and the dissolution rate of gold faster. According to the result of leaching test at different temperatures, the activation energy of the leaching system was calculated by Arrhenius formula. The calculation results show that the activation energy of the system enhanced by thiourea leaching high-arsenic gold concentrate by magnetic field is reduced from 13.02 kJ / mol to 10 .53 kJ / mol. In addition, the strengthening mechanism of gold-enhanced thiourea gold extraction process was discussed from the macroscopic and microscopic perspectives of thermodynamics.
