生产实践表明,流压降到一定程度后,油井产量会下降,即存在合理流压。但随着地层压力下降,n值及合理流压发生变化。需根据合理流压的相关理论,对n值进行校正,确定出目前合理流压,本文通过假定Kro/(uoBo)与P为幂指数关系,推导出适合低渗透油田的合理流压及产量预测公式,给出了幂指数n值的矿场确定方法,并通过现场试验验证公式的准确性。为实现油田供采协调,充分发挥油井产能,尽量降低举升系统能耗提供依据。
Production practice shows that the flow pressure down to a certain extent, the oil well production will decline, that is, there is a reasonable pressure. However, as formation pressure decreases, the value of n and the reasonable flow pressure change. According to the theory of reasonable pressure flow, the value of n is corrected to determine the current reasonable pressure. Based on the exponential relationship between Kro / (uoBo) and P, this paper deduces the reasonable flow pressure and yield forecasting for low permeability oilfield Formula, the exponential n-value of the mine is given to determine the method and field test to verify the accuracy of the formula. In order to achieve the coordination between the supply and the acquisition of oilfields and give full play to the productivity of oil wells and to provide the basis for reducing the energy consumption of the lifting system as much as possible.
