患者 ,女 ,31岁。 1 999年 7月发现右腋下淋巴结肿大 ( 3枚 ) ,经淋巴结活检确诊为Ｂ细胞型小细胞淋巴瘤。给予ＣＨＯＰ方案化疗 3个疗程 ,并局部放疗 5 0Ｇｙ ,肿大淋巴结消失 ,病情稳定未复诊。2 0 0 0年 1 1月因反复鼻出血伴发热、头昏、乏力 1周再次就诊。检查血常规白细胞
Patient, female, 31 years old. In July 1999 found that the right axillary lymph nodes (3), confirmed by lymph node biopsy as B cell small cell lymphoma.
