通过对文献进行检索及医院的实践经验总结,对目前公立医院主流的三种绩效考核分配模式进行研究比较分析,即收支结余核算模式、因素折算模式和基于绩效考核评价的分配模式进行优劣势分析讨论,同时结合医院的实践体会,提出在新医改的要求下,医院应在收支结余的基础上,引入绩效考核评价体系,并随着信息化的加强逐步推进个人绩效考核,最终建立多劳多得,按劳分配的绩效分配体系。
