牙源性囊肿在生长过程中,会造成周围组织和骨的破坏与吸收,从而逐渐增大。肥大细胞衍生的类胰蛋白酶可能参与了颌骨囊肿的形成及骨的吸收过程。 材料与方法 选取用10%福尔马林液固定石蜡包埋的角化囊肿、含牙囊肿和根尖囊肿切片各10个。用鼠抗人类胰蛋白酶单抗进行免疫组织化学染色,并用图像分析系统对其结果进行分析。另选18例牙源性囊肿患者,通过检测囊肿提取液中可溶性蛋白的光密度变化来测定类胰蛋白酶的活性,对照用正常口腔粘膜组织和根尖肉芽肿。用兔抗人肥大细胞类胰蛋白酶多克隆抗体通过Western blotting法来研究囊肿提取液中类胰蛋白酶的免疫活性。
Odontogenic cysts in the growth process, will cause the destruction of the surrounding tissue and bone and absorption, and thus gradually increased. Mast cell-derived tryptase may be involved in the formation of the jaw cyst and the process of bone resorption. Materials and Methods 10 paraffin-embedded keratocysts, including 10 cases of dental cyst and apical cyst were fixed with 10% formalin solution. Immunohistochemistry with mouse anti-human trypsin mAb was performed and the results were analyzed using an image analysis system. In another 18 patients with odontogenic cysts, the tryptase activity was determined by measuring the optical density changes of soluble proteins in the cyst extract and the control oral mucosa and apical granuloma. Immunoactivity of tryptase in cyst extract was studied by Western blotting using polyclonal rabbit anti-human mast cell tryptase.
