观念的改变并没有改变事实本身,但是改变了你对于事实的看法管理就是三要素:管理主体;管理客体;管理方法(手段或者是工具)。管理的三要素管理的主体就是管理系统,包括决策,执行,监督等等;管理的客体就是管理对象,包括人财物,主要被管理者;管理的方法就是用什么样的方法将管理者和被管理者之间结合起来。有的人问我说为什么我干了那么多管理,对管理还管得比较可以。主要是因为我当了很多年的被管理者,我会从被管理者的角度看管理者。所以这个管理的三要素,直到今天都非常重要。
