目的 研究低温作业人群血浆中NO、NOS水平 ,探讨低温作业对人可能的危害与机制。方法 选冷库作业工人为研究对象 ,其中保鲜冷库 (0℃组 ) 5 3人 ,水产冷库 (-2 0℃组 ) 5 3人 ,另选不从事有毒有害职业的村民5 7人作为对照 ,用试剂盒检测血浆中NO、NOS水平。结果 0℃组与 -2 0℃组分别与对照组相比 ,其血浆中NO含量和NOS活性均增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。0℃组与 -2 0℃组相比 ,各指标差异无显著性。结论 在冷作业工人中存在着NO含量和NOS活性增高 ,可能与机体处于冷应激状态有关。
Objective To study the plasma levels of NO and NOS in low-temperature working population and to explore the possible harm and mechanism of low-temperature work to people. Methods Cold-storage workers were selected as research objects, among them, 53 were fresh-keeping cold storage (0 ℃ group) and 53 were cold-storage freezers (-2 ℃) and 57 were villagers who did not engage in toxic and harmful occupations as control Kit to detect plasma NO, NOS levels. Results Compared with the control group, the content of NO and the activity of NOS in plasma increased (P <0.05) at 0 ℃ and -2 ℃ respectively. There was no significant difference in each index between 0 ℃ group and -2 0 ℃ group. Conclusion There is an increase in NO content and NOS activity in cold workers, which may be related to the body’s cold stress status.
