目前,抽油机为刚性拖动,系统运动独立于负载,所表现出来的是电机输出功率变化范围很大,平均功率相对较小,冲击负荷大,整体的动力学性能较差。以往调参都是通过大量的人力来调冲程或者是通过做加工轮的方法来改变冲次,这样不仅安全性低,而且还极大的浪费了人力和时间。通过现场18口井的应用实验结果表明,直控式抽油机柔性拖动技术可使电机拖动功率趋于平稳,减少启动电流对电网的冲击,延长了机械传动装置的使用寿命,方便了调参,降低了载荷,提高了系统效率。
