Although each person’s psychological activities vary widely, but the personality always contains commonality, grasp the common things, it may effectively affect the personality. This article elaborates the role that ideological education should attach importance to psychological factors from the aspects of improving mental model, strengthening role effect, using self-esteem psychology, guiding public behavior, preventing rebelling psychology, implementing humane care and advocating psychological counseling.
