目的观察无机诱导活性敷料对Ⅱ°烧伤创面愈合的影响及感染的抑制作用。方法将92例Ⅱ°烧伤患者按创面用药不同随机分为无机诱导活性敷料组(D组)和凡士林油纱组(V组),观察创面愈合时间、使用前后进行创面细菌培养。结果同等深度创面,D组愈合时间均比V组明显缩短(P<0.01)。治疗后,细菌培养阳性率D组明显低于V组(P<0.05)。结论应用无机诱导活性敷料可以加速Ⅱ°烧伤创面愈合,减少感染发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of inorganic-induced active dressings on the healing of Ⅱ ° burn wounds and the inhibition of infection. Methods Ninety-two patients with grade Ⅱ burn were randomly divided into two groups according to the wound dressing: inorganic induced active dressing group (D group) and vaseline gauze group (V group). The wound healing time was observed and wound bacterial culture was performed before and after wound dressing. Results In the same depth wound, the healing time of group D was significantly shorter than that of group V (P <0.01). After treatment, the positive rate of bacterial culture in group D was significantly lower than that in group V (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of inorganic inducing active dressing can accelerate the healing of Ⅱ ° burn wounds and reduce the incidence of infection.
