为了实现从细观角度对黏附性的定量评价,基于沥青在集料表面的铺展过程中接触角的变化规律,提出能够定量表征沥青与集料黏附性能的评价指标。基于润湿理论,借助躺滴法,采集不同温度条件下接触角的图像信息。从接触角的拟合方程中提取技术参数,进而实现对黏附性能的定量分析。研究结果表明:在高温条件下,沥青在集料表面铺展时的接触角随时间的变化呈y=Axa的幂函数曲线关系,幂函数常数项A表征沥青初始接触角的大小,接触角的初始状态与沥青在该温度下的黏度状态相关,常数项A与沥青的黏度取对数后满足线性关系;幂函数指数项a表征沥青在集料表面扩散速率的大小,反映了沥青对集料的润湿、黏附性能;试验研究的3种标号基质沥青在辉绿岩表面扩散速率具有较高的温度敏感性,且沥青对辉绿岩的润湿、黏附性能要好于石灰岩。
In order to quantitatively evaluate the adhesion from a micro perspective, based on the variation law of the contact angle during asphalt spreading on the aggregate surface, an evaluation index that can quantitatively characterize the adhesion of asphalt and aggregate is proposed. Based on the wetting theory, the image information of the contact angle under different temperature conditions is collected by means of a droplet method. The technical parameters were extracted from the fitting equation of contact angle so as to realize the quantitative analysis of the adhesion properties. The results show that at high temperature, the contact angle of asphalt on the aggregate surface spreads with time as the power function curve of y = Axa. The power function constant A expresses the initial contact angle of asphalt and the initial contact angle The relationship between the viscosity and the viscosity of asphalt is logarithmic after the logarithm of the constant term A and the viscosity of the asphalt satisfy the linear relationship. The exponential term of the power function a indicates the size of the asphalt diffusion rate on the aggregate surface, Wetting, and adhesion properties. The tested three kinds of matrix asphalt have high temperature sensitivity on the surface diffusion rate of diabase, and the wetting and adhesion properties of the asphalt to diabase are better than those of limestone.
