设计了一种基于PC机的数控机床刀具磨损无线监测系统。下位机传感器获知加工过程中刀具的振动以及温度值,接入相关调理电路后,再通过Zigbee射频单片机A/D转换后以一定格式传输到远端PC机上。PC机上位机应用程序由C#开发,利用微软自带的MSChart图表绘图功能实时绘出振动和温度值曲线,通过观察曲线值变化以判断刀具是否磨损。
A PC-based CNC machine tool wear wireless monitoring system is designed. The next-bit machine sensor is informed of the vibration and temperature of the tool in the process of machining. After being connected to the relevant conditioning circuit, it is transmitted to the far-end PC in a certain format through A / D conversion of Zigbee RF MCU. PC PC application developed by C #, the use of Microsoft’s own MSChart chart plotting capabilities to draw real-time vibration and temperature curve, by observing changes in curve values to determine whether the tool wear.
