近年来,我国旅游酒店业在国家经济形势的带动下取得了高速的发展。这一际遇原本给各大高校旅游酒店管理专业毕业生提供了更为广阔的就业平台。然而,学校中相关专业的毕业生在酒店中的就业情况却并不理想,酒店企业里大学生员工流失率也一直较高。本文通过分析高职院校旅游酒店管理专业学生在酒店中的实习现状,发现学生顶岗实习中的问题,并提出解决策略,从而提高酒店管理专业毕业生的综合素质和专业水平,以满足社会发展的需求。
In recent years, China’s tourism hotel industry has achieved rapid development driven by the national economic situation. This situation had originally provided a broader employment platform for major university tourism hotel management graduates. However, the employment of graduates from related majors in the hotel is not satisfactory. The turnover rate of college students in hotel enterprises has also been relatively high. By analyzing the internship status of tourism hotel management majors in hotels in colleges and universities, this paper finds the problems in the internship of post-mortem students and puts forward the solutions, so as to improve the comprehensive quality and professional level of hotel management graduates to meet the needs of social development The demand.
