国家开放大学(以下简称国开大学)一直承担着高等教育大众化和学习终身化的重要使命,引进国内外先进的课程体系及其优质的教学资源,是国开大学改革传统的教学内容和课程体系的重要途径之一。本文通过阐述通用管理能力课程引进国开大学的背景以及本土化的过程、试图归纳出一些成果及经验,供大家借鉴。
