我院1970年7月接受治疗矽肺任务,经过深入工厂车间,初步摸索出矽肺的发展规律,分析了矽肺在不同时期的主要矛盾,如何促进矛盾的主要方面向着有利的方向转化,是攻克矽肺的关键问题。通过中医辨证论治,筛选出抗矽片,以扶正化石,润肺止咳为主的方剂,初步获得一定疗效,同时进行了动物实验观察,现将临床及实验治疗结果,报告如下:
